Background And Training
My therapeutic training is grounded in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, although I have also explored other facets of Psychology along the way. I volunteered with Samaritans for more than three years and have also had experience supporting people in prison.
I have supported people from many different backgrounds for over eight years, often at vulnerable and difficult points in their lives.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an independent professional body that sets ethical and professional standards for its members. You can read more about my practice on my BACP profile.
If you would like a clearer sense of what therapy itself can help with, see Therapy. For practical detail about starting, see What To Expect.
