When you contact me, I may collect your name, contact details, the information included in your enquiry and any later correspondence between us.
If you become a client, I also keep the information reasonably needed to arrange and provide the service. This may include appointment and payment records, GP or emergency-contact details where provided, and limited, restricted and anonymised notes relating to our work, only when necessary.
How I Use Your Information
I use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide counselling or psychotherapy, communicate with you about sessions and manage payments.
I do not sell your information or use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.
Contact Form
Messages sent through the website contact form are processed by Formspree and delivered to my email account. Formspree uses an encryption process.
Confidentiality And Sharing
Your information is treated confidentially and is not shared with anyone.
The only exception to this is that it may be shared with services used to operate my website contact form or email; within confidential clinical supervision, with identifying details removed wherever possible; or where disclosure is required by law or because of a serious safety concern.
Wherever possible and appropriate, I would discuss this with you first.

I use personal information where it is needed to respond to your request, arrange or provide an agreed service, and run my practice responsibly.
Sensitive information, including information about physical or mental health, is considered confidential and handled with additional care.

Basic technical information may be processed by the website host and Formspree where this is needed to keep the website secure and allow the contact form to work.
